It's the classic snake game, except now it's on your living room floor. Drive the RC snake into the magnetic blocks and it snaps them up and grows longer, and with two snakes in the box it turns into a head-to-head race for whoever eats the most. Lights, sound effects and a rechargeable battery keep it going for up to 80 minutes a charge.
Why we picked it
Why it’s worth it
It takes a game everyone already knows and makes it physical, screen-free and competitive. Two snakes means built-in head-to-head battles, so it's a gift that actually gets the whole family on the floor.
What we like
The magnets snap blocks on instantly, so the snake visibly grows as you play. Numbered, colored blocks let you set up races, color sorts and obstacle courses, and it recharges in about 90 minutes.
Best for
Kids 6 and up, siblings who need a fair fight, family game nights, and birthday or holiday gifts for the kid who already has every board game.
