A Hundred Bucks or Less wants everyone to be able to browse our finds, read our reviews, and reach the retailers we link to, including people who use assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
What we do
- Write descriptive alternative text for product and article images
- Use a clear heading structure on pages and posts
- Label form fields, such as search and email signup
- Keep the site usable with a keyboard and support visible focus states
- Aim for readable text sizes and strong color contrast
- Review new pages and products for accessibility as we add them
Known limitations
Some content on our site comes from third parties, such as embedded social media videos and the retailer websites we link to, like Amazon. We do not control the accessibility of that content. If something on our site gets in your way, please let us know and we will do our best to help or provide the information another way.
